5. Ordering & Payment
All payments are made to Synthevia Ltd, the legal entity operating Synthevia Labs.
We currently accept bank transfer (BACS). Orders are processed once payment is received.
Failure to pay within the stated timeframe may result in order cancellation.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Synthevia Labs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect customer information.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Evidence may be required.
8. COA (Certificate of Analysis)
Each product batch is tested, and COAs are available on our dedicated COA page. Customers are responsible for verifying COA details before use.
